The deck is made of 15mm mahogany planks, glued and screwed into a plywood deck of 10mm.
The planks are fastned tight against each other, against all recommendations. Normally this contruction will break when the wood gets wet.

I varnished the deck with 3 layers of epoxy and another 6 of the finest polyurethaan varnish.

The roundings were made of 6 layers of 2mm thick mahogany.
