We exchanged that for e steel deck with 18 big windows, double, 35 mm thick glass in stanless steel frames.

The mess was beyond imagination. It took me 10 weeks te repaint the whole ship. (10h /day)

Below you can see the enourmous isolation pack.

Unfortunately we did not isolate some small rigs of the steel framework. In winter, we were confronted with large amounts of water, condensating along the steel rib that was the only cold-bridge between inside and outside.
