After 8 months of hard working I finally could see what I had created.

With only four strong man it was an easy job to just lift her from the jig and turn her around into the craddel.

After this:

making the internal structure:  Floors, Frames, Bilge Stringer and Inwale

Than the hull can be turned upside down again for sheating and mounting the stem and keel and outer bilge runners + rudder.
